I'm looking forward to this one too. Did you see The Passion of Christ? Whew! It seems that some people are digging out dimensions and activities of Jesus that have long been suppressed and held tightly within the clutches .. for millenia .. of a grasping priest class that is more interested in controlling the human mind than in having the truth be revealed. The truth might well be liberating. Couldn't have that could we. I'm looking forward to the story that someone will tell some day about Jesus' journeys to the far east. That will tell a tale. Hmmm.

It was probably the most powerful movie I have ever seen with nuances and implications that went way beyond what I saw discussed in the media. Who's to say what really happened? Did Jesus die violently on the cross or peacefully with family in southern France or on a return journey to the far east? Regardless, the metaphor of the crucifixion has got to be valid. He was the light illuminating the darkened corners of his reality, and the creatures who live in those dark places would respond with hideous intention. It would be their intention not simply to kill him but to kill what he represented. The movie was an amazingly detailed representation of this attack and the intention not just to kill Jesus' body but to break his spirit. Superb!

I just finished another book on this theme, about the painting by Michelangelo in the Vatican, forgot the name. (painting where Adam touches the hand of God, you know) Anyway, there's supposed to be a code in that painting too. I dont believe all they are writing, but sure thing is that christian church ALWAYS has tried to cover certain things up in order to proove their right. What doesn't fit in is censored. Remember inquisition!

Sixtijnse = the Dutch name for the Sixtin Chapel at the Vatican www.weekendaroma.com/guideddet/museivaticani.htmThe man you see on the cover of the book is Michelangelo himself. He made himself a character in the painting on the ceiling of the chapel (a profet). He used the whole painting as a revenge againt the pope of that time, sort of ridiculising. He was a free-thinker, inspired by the kaballa. I think there's still a lot to discover in this work. Last thing they found out was there are human organs (brain, heart) painted amongst the scenes. This was forbidden in that time. Michelangelo did it in a hidden way. In the end he was taken for questioning by the inquisition but i think they found nothing on him. Anyway, the whole bout is about a kabbala code in the painting claiming Jesus did not resurect but was burried by his friends (other kabalists) They took him from the cave he lay in. In this way they created the idea of resurection. Which was not their intention as you can guess. Some story, but the truth... That was a VERY long post for me
